What will starting my own Staffmax franchise cost me?
Thanks to our optimized remote work model, your startup costs are much lower than with similar business opportunities. You’ll need just $45,400 to account for working capital, startup costs, marketing dollars and initial franchise fees to get your franchise off the ground.
What ROI can I expect?
Unfortunately, there are no guarantees in this life, so we can’t categorically promise you X amount of profit. That said, our FDD covers past performance in careful detail, and will definitely put your mind at ease!
Do you provide training?
Absolutely. You will receive two phases of training – one at our head office, and one in your location. Phase I training ranges between one and two weeks, and phase II training two or three days. During this time, you’ll be equipped with everything you need to know to launch successfully. Because the recruitment industry is so dynamic, we also offer refresher courses once a year free of charge.
Do I need recruitment experience?
While we’re open to working with anyone, we can’t deny that having existing recruitment industry experience and connections will give you a significant advantage. Being able to leverage your existing contacts and skills will be helpful in developing your business, so a recruitment background would definitely be of benefit to you.
Will I get an exclusive territory?
Yes. Depending on your industry segment or specific expertise, you will operate within an exclusive geographical territory all of your own.
What are the fees associated with running a Staffmax Franchise?
- Franchise Fee: $25,000
- Royalty Fee: 5% of gross sales
- Local Marketing Fee: 1% of gross sales
- Corporate Marketing Fund: 0.5% of gross sales
